Here is a copy of the label on a bag of Monsanto's patented "Pioneer Hi-Bred" GMO rapeseed sold in Canada.
Note the sentence "By opening the bag, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and that you agree to be bound by them to the extent allowable by the applicable laws" (located just below the seed conditions table under the heading "Use Restrictions, Limitation of Warranty and Liability; Other Items").
